1) To establish joint project team with enterprises

The project will be under mutual guidance of the guidance committee from clients and project leadership team. Special tasks will be executed together by special project team consisted of personnel from Carlyle Servcorp and clients.

2. To provide consultation in the mode of project teams

The company provides consultation in the mode of project teams and organizes personnel in the best manner according to specific task. Its branch companies often exchange investment and consulting personnel. Each project team is under the leadership of a company leader in charge, responsible for planning of project tasks and keeping close working relationship with the management level of clients and also responsible for quality of final achievements. Leaders of project teams shall go deep into enterprises, carry out jobs and take part in each step of project study: collection and analysis of information, formation and evaluation of hypothetic schemes, development and communication of various proposals as well as preparation for actual implementation. During the process of consultation, any proposal shall be based on numerous data fact and strict logic reasoning. Non-quantitative analysis on the basis of sense shall be forbidden.

The company fully understands that investment and consulting work has not achieved real success no matter how perfect proposals are if clients do not accept proposals and make benefits step by step.
